Anyway, today is Singapore's National Day. I have partipated as a first aider and as part of the student marching contingent for the parade in the past. I have also taken part in the school celebrations. Probably because of the past, I feel quite empty in the recent years. I don't remember celebrating National Day in my junior collage days... (I probably played truant for the 2 years?). University life is so boring. There is no CNY celebration, no mid-autumn celebration, no racial harmony day, no national defence day, no friendship day, no sports day, no National Day concert... etc. I miss being part of the National Day celebrations!
